Memorial in honour of the 30th anniversary of the liberation of the Pechenga District from the Nazi invaders

Unveiled in October 1964 in Nikel, in the square in front of the district administration building. Virtually in every town or city there are memorial places dedicated to the heroes of the Great Partiotoc War. In Nikel. it is the memorial to the fallen defenders of the Russian Arctic.
